When an issue happens, take the vehicle to a repair facility for diagnosis.

Open a claim before repairs begin
Have the repair facility contact CARS Protection Plus at 888-335-6838 (or use their online portal) to open a claim before repairs are performed.

Authorization and next steps
CARS will review the issue and confirm coverage/authorization based on your contract’s terms, conditions, exclusions, and requirements.
